Subscribe to our standard annual clubmember satisfaction survey and know for sure what your members are thinking... Our standard subscription is very simple but will provide you with valuable data about the degree of satisfaction of your members and the evolution of this throughout the years, and all of this for a very modest fee... How does it work? Every year at the same time (you decide when the first time), the club provides us with a list of all of their members with name and a valid e-mail address. All of these will be uploaded into our system and these people will be invited to participate in this survey by e-mail. In this mail will be a unique code so only these people will be able to participate in the survey and participate only once. All of their answers however will remain anonymous. If people do not respond to the invitation to participate they will be reminded a week later, and once again another week later. Invited members click the link in their e-mail to start the survey on line. Four weeks after the initial initation to participate we close the survey and collect the answers which we will present to you as raw data in a pdf file . How much will it cost? Every subscription is for at least 3 years in a row, after 3 years the club decides every year whether they want to continue or not. Extra bonus? If 5 or more clubs for your sport have a subscription the same year you will also get the global results for your sport so you can compare how you are doing in comparison to the other clubs in your region.
